WHAT MAKES IT WORK.

The Leaders League is not a "Referral Club" or "Classic Business Networking Group". It is a place where leaders get together to exchange ideas freely, trust one another with their dreams, and work together to bring clarity to universal business challenges.

SIMPLE RULES. TRUST. CONFIDENTIALITY. ROUTINE. These are the ground rules that make the Leaders League work and the following suggested best practices.

  • Signed confidentiality agreement

  • A leader that is committed, enthusiastic, and driven

  • Members that are passionate about growing personally and professionally

  • 12-15 members per group to ensure that 8-10 show up at regularly scheduled meetings

  • Sticking to a regular monthly schedule

    • Group meets same time every month​

      • Following is a suggested schedule​

      • 8:30 AM Start - Check In 

      • 8:45 AM Monthly Focus Topic - Delivered by a group member or outside expert guest

      • 10:00 AM Goal tracker review

      • 10:15 AM Issue Processing

      • 10:50 AM Meeting Summary

      • 11:00 AM Meeting concludes 

  • Only one member per profession/industry within each group

  • 8 Regular monthly meetings

  • 2 Special meetings (Summer & Winter)

  • $50 Monthly membership fee

  • $250 Per special meeting
